Hello

Over the years, I was lucky enough to work in positions which lead teams of chef's and product developers in the food industry.  I was not much of a cook at the time, but had a flair for taste profiles, innovation, marketing and design. Over a 10-year period I was able to examine some of the most stunning plates of food and was fortunate enough to work with a range of food photographers.

It became apparent to me that there are common patterns and methods used to make food look so good. However, the last thing I wanted to do was spend days shopping around for all the little parts of the food puzzle every time I wanted to try to make food look fabulous and not such a 'ground hog day' boring, irritating, frustrating experience.  I surmised there was no one place popping out saying, "Here's everything you need," to enjoy the food preparation experience for, or with your family.

By employing the tools & methods learnt, I deducted anyone, including myself, could make food at home look & taste more exquisite if given a holistic platform providing all the 'extra artistic dazzle' equipment & products at affordable price points. So, Culinary Bling was born to help me to teach my grandchildren how easy and fun artistic food preparation, cooking & baking can be.  At the end of the day, they not only develop cooking skills, but creative thinking, confidence and knowledge of healthy, fabulously eye watering, want to eat meals, snacks, desserts and beverages for their future.
